Prior to joining Northampton in 2024, Mr. Melancon was an Associate in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Group at Jefferies. Mr. Melancon’s primary sector coverage included the renewables & conventional generation as well as the transportation & logistics sectors. During his 2+ years, he was part of a team that advised clients on transactions ranging from acquisitions, financings, and other capital formation.
Mr. Melancon received a B.Sc. in Finance from Wake Forest University where he graduated magna cum laude.
