Johanna Diesel
Associate
Prior to joining Northampton in 2025, Ms. Diesel spent four years within the principal investing arm of Macquarie Group. As an Associate on the Infrastructure and Energy Capital team, she focused on investing in and managing assets across the transportation, energy transition, and industrial and manufacturing sectors. Before Macquarie, Ms. Diesel began her career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst supporting a team of large cap equity portfolio managers.
Ms. Diesel attended Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service where she graduated with a B.Sc. in Economics with a concentration in Finance & Accounting. She minored in Portuguese and was awarded an Honors Certificate from the Landegger Program in International Business Diplomacy.
